Sabbatical Day 3: Back to training
Jez, how 2 weeks without training can make you sweat in 5 km run!
An old friend said:
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act, but a habit."
Aristotle
Is incrediable how true is this phrase.
Today I am back on track, XTerra is coming.
Triathlon is like love, you have to practice a lot to be good on it.
Sometimes you forgot how important is to exercise your body and mind targeting something else besides mundane pleasures.
Love can be tough as an Ironman in Floripa. Can be cold, can be hot.
Can crash your heart, can crash your mind.
Be disciplined and organized in love and in triathlon can give you the best results, not being, can give you the worst ones.
You know the big answer for all that?
We do not want too much.
